Since completing his doctorate in evolutionary biology at the Queen’s University of Belfast in 2003, David Booth has been working as a post-doctoral researcher. During his research career he has studied three of the five kingdoms of life, and has investigated a wide variety of topics from the exploitation of Atlantic salmon, to ancient DNA and invasive seaweeds. In his spare time he enjoys surfing, comic books, and the sport of kings.... ten-pin bowling.
